Cash Requirements
The total amount which you will need to open your Jet’s Pizza franchise will usually be a combination of cash, loans and leases. Financing can generally be obtained for equipment and fixtures, while cash is required for other costs. The amount of the down payment required to get financing will vary based on your credit worthiness and the financial institution involved.
Jet's Pizza Net Worth and Capital Requirements
1-3 Units
A minimum net worth of $250,000 is required; and $250,000 per restaurant in cash, liquid assets, available financing, or a combination thereof.
4-10 Units
A minimum net worth of $1,000,000; and $250,000 per restaurant in cash, liquid assets; available financing, or a combination thereof.
11 or More Units
A minimum net worth of $2,000,000 is required; and $250,000 per restaurant in cash, liquid assets, available financing, or a combination thereof.
Franchise Fee
The initial Franchise fee to open a Jet’s Pizza location is $20,000. The Jet’s Pizza FDD will explain in more detail the marketing and advertising fees.
