Any food or beverage purchase (excluding alcohol) will earn you points. Tax, delivery, gift card purchases will not count.

If you place a Jet’s Pizza order that’s not tied to a loyalty account, the receipt will print a barcode. You can then go to the website and enter that information to obtain points for that visit. There is a limit of one redemption per day.

When you log into your account via the webpage, your points will be visible on the top right portion of the screen.

Place an order online or over the phone using your loyalty phone number or email address over $10. (excluding tax, tip, delivery, and alcohol)

For security purposes, we limit the customer to a certain amount of scans per day, and a minimum amount of time required between two scans. The suggestion to customers would be to wait and try again.

Points will expire 6 months and 1 day after inactivity. You will need to place at least one order every 6 months to maintain your points balance.
